Although our remembrance commemorations have been different this year, we were able as a whole school to pay our respects to all those who lost their lives in conflicts around the world. Each class has participated in commemoration activities including writing poems and creating artwork. We held a two-minute silence at 11.00am and I was extremely proud of all of our children who stood quietly and respectfully throughout.

Year 5 and 6 also composed some wonderful poems for remembrance. Mr Wyatt has compiled them in a book that is going to be passed to The Royal British Legion.
